In SL1, you can select one or more business services to always display at the top of the Business Services page. This process is called favoriting a business service. You can enable or disable this feature at any time.
Moreover, you can delete one or more business services from the Business Services page at any time. You can also delete a business service from the list of Favorite business services in the Simplicity Admin Console.
To view a business service’s details and metrics, navigate to the Business Services page and click the name of the service. You can then change the details of a business service by clicking the Edit button and making your changes. You can also rename a business service by selecting the name and clicking the Rename button. You can also configure RCA Options for each business service. To do this, click the RCA Options button for the business service and choose the desired options.
