About Entertaiment
From a psychological perspective, entertainment provides a safe space for people to experience a range of emotions in a controlled setting and can even act as a form of emotional catharsis. It also serves as a way to relieve stress by decreasing cortisol levels and elevating moods. It is not a one-size-fits-all concept, however, as what entertains one person may not necessarily entertain another. Depending on an individual’s tastes, cultural background, and current emotional state, different forms of entertainment may hold more or less appeal.
